I recommend Josh, PC Mobile Pro after going through many visits and calls to The Geek Squad and getting further and further down the rabbit hole. I called Josh and within 48 hours we had a visit from Josh (also called and let us know he was on his way) and within in 4 hours, he had taken my computer to his shop, fixed, and returned it to our residence and we couldn't be happier.
