They’ve been consistently quick to respond when we need support, which matters when things are down and nobody has patience. Communication is clear, timely, and easy to follow. They do a good job keeping us in the loop instead of disappearing into a ticket black hole.
The monthly interactive employee training sessions stand out. They’re practical, not just checkbox compliance, and actually help reinforce awareness across the team. It’s obvious they’re putting effort into making those engaging instead of something everyone clicks through half-asleep.

Positive experience with Corporate Technologies! So far, so good! Help Desk does not always return phone calls, though, and we have an ongoing Quickbooks issue that has plagued us for many long years even before Corporate Technologies. But, with all things considered, we are satisfied and happy they are in our corner!
