Horrible service, never sold my home and let the renters get away with the full deposit after they had stolen things from the home. Don't trust this guy, he's a phony.

Mark "managed" my rental in RR, NM what a disaster--i found screen doors missing, keys to the fireplace gone, all kinds of damage to front door and flooring, no 30 days notice and mark returned their refund and then charged me almost a full month's rent for painting w/out asking or telling me. What a farse, do not let this guy near your home, oh and he couldn't sell it either. All of the graphs he has to prove what a great realtor he is don't add up to much when it comes to realty.
