OMG, this staff is so efficient. Each staff member is well trained and excellent in their specialty, and the coordination of the staff is unbelieveably excellent. Dr Ivers is very very competent. even if something isnt quite right when you get home, they will have you come back and correct the issue, but that is a rarity. Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!!
I am always nervous when I have to see the dentist. I haven't had to have a new dentist in over 20 years. I went for my first visit and the visit was very pleasant. I had all of my concerns addressed and the staff all made me feel very comfortable. So glad I found them. I used Google to search a dentist near me. Another positive they take my insurance.
I have never been treated so kindly and cordially in a dental facility in my life! From the moment I stepped in, the staff was super friendly and accommodating! I felt very welcomed and cared for! I highly recommend High County Dental! I know I’m going to tell everyone I know about them :).
