G&M Medical Center

I paid $1,000 for a Tribella treatment at G&M Medical Center and MedSpa and received absolutely zero results after two sessions. I made multiple attempts to contact the office and even stopped by in person to express my concerns—no one ever got back to me. Instead of offering any help or addressing the issue professionally, I received a call from a police officer, telling me I was no longer allowed to return to the business or I’d be charged with trespassing. Dr. Gabe Pacheco, the owner and operator, could have easily had someone in his office respond to me and work toward a resolution, but instead they chose to ignore me and escalate things in an unacceptable way. This is not how ethical businesses operate. In my opinion, they took my money without delivering what was promised. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional and dishonest.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Last month I had an appointment for 10:10am, showed up 15 mins early at 9:55. Took 45 mins to even get checked in to the room and get vitals. 10 minutes later the primary comes in asked 2 questions and I'm on my way. Didn't leave until after 11 for what should've been a 2 minute appointment. You would think after all the inconveniences they would work with you, but no. I had made the mistake of scheduling my next appointment with them instead of finding a real doctor. Wrote the wrong day on the calendar, took the day off work go in at the scheduled time and they're not able to see me because they are fully booked. I understand being fully booked. But it's a 2 minute appointment that the office was empty and they wasted my time last month. If you work or have a busier life, this is not the place for you. They refuse to work with you and waste your time if you're early. Do not waste your time or money here.

Took my son in for a rash. Dr. Edwards barely glanced at him, proceeded to blow off my concerns and threatened to throw me out for expressing that I would appreciate a Dr who listens and cares. His enormous ego makes him a horrible Dr. I would give minus 10 if possible.

Gabe and Mark are the most professional and compassionate providers I have met. They have addressed my medical issues successfully. I highly encourage anyone who has a medical or medspa need to come to their clinics.

Got in the same day I called. Staff very pleasant & personable. Love Dr Howerton. She is genuinely caring and interested in her patients. Very thorough and thoughtful.
