He was very polite, professional, and thorough about resolving the issue. I had two shower drains that were clogged, and had a different company that came out initially but they weren't able to unclog either of the two showers and suggested that a more advanced company handle it... Derick with United Plumbing came with a variety of different tools/troubleshooting methods and took the time to ensure that both showers were completely unclogged before he left, he really went above and beyond. He also made sure he cleaned everything up and left my house in the same condition that it was before he arrived. This type of genuine workmanship is rare to find nowadays.
