Richard and Chris came out and put in a water heater for me. Very efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful. they explained everything I needed to do to help my water heater stay working longer. I recommend them for services.??

Called after hours - for a situation caused by outside contractor- they busted our sewer line. Although they thought they repaired it, our plumbing was overflowing and not draining. United showed up timely and did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend! And the dispatcher was beyond pleasant! Thank you for a job well done!
