“Earnest and his daughter helped us to select a beautiful antique rug for our den, after we looked through many style options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the provenance of all the rugs he had on display from various countries, and took time to answer all our questions and to explain the meanings of the different colors and markings used by the modern and the older weavers. I had done my homework before we went to the rug gallery, so I knew what prices to expect. Earnest offered a very fair price for the rug we purchased, lower than I had seen in my homework. The rug was promptly shipped by the gallery to our home without any problems and arrived in good condition with a special rug pad that Earnest precut to fit our rug exactly. I am very satisfied with my experience and intend to shop here again for future rug needs. The variety of colors and styles is really amazing. I give this establishment the highest rating.“

They spent three hours meticulously removing stains, degreasing, and cleaning carpet throughout the house. We didn't know how dirty the carpet was until we saw it clean. WOW, what a huge difference! They also steam cleaned a fabric chair, which is a darker color now that it's clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend this company.“
