“Only reason they lost a star in my book is they absolutely suck at answering the phone altogether, I called several times and got either a dead line or it rang and then went to a dead line… it’s extremely frustrating when trying to make an appointment but other than that they are amazing with animals, you can tell the staff love their job and they always are very straight forward and fairly priced… but seriously though got to work on answering the phone not everyone has the time to come in their in person to have services”
