Great experience. I have had many experiences in our area of contractors/companies not being responsive to phone calls/texts/emails and not following through, this was the opposite, and quite honestly a breath of fresh air in that regard to not have to chase people down.
Henry always responded promptly and professionally to every question/concern I asked and followed up with me when he said he would. The work was done well, we were scheduled in relatively quickly, and everything happened when they said it would. Joe showed up on time, did a quality job, and was such a trooper about working in the crawlspace under our house that the job required, even though it had to be uncomfortable for him.
The price for the work was also fair and reasonable.

Benny is the absolute best!! I didn’t know he was appointments only and he accepted me as a walk-in. He didn’t rush, and he stayed open well past closing to make sure I was taken care of. He was friendly and professional and kind and caring. & before I forget to mention it, his work is great!! His massage with the pedicure almost put me to sleep! I 100% recommend! He’s running this shop on his own and doing a great job of it! Such a sweet guy!

I live in another state, and ordered a birthday arrangement for my mom, who lives in Portales. Butterfly Florist was super easy to work with and accommodating to my preferences. They delivered my order in less than 24 hours and went out of their way to make a few different delivery attempts. My mom was super blessed by the surprise.
