I called them with a failed AC unit and they came out within the hour. It was a 20 year old unit and I knew the compressor was shot. The owner Robert confirmed that was the problem. I started asking questions and got intelligent honest answers. He said he would call me in an hour with all of the options I had requested. After that we decided on a new unit inside and out. This was on a Monday on Wednesday of the same week they were here at 7:00 AM to go to work. I have used Freedomaire for replacement heating and air conditioning system and so far so good. As for my mom's system there were real problems that took several return trips to get corrected.
I can not say enough about the amazing customer service and just overall kindness I have received from this company. I have used them twice now and will continue to recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services. Very polite, professional, honest and punctual! Thank you again for everything.
