They are great , I feel bad becaue I was a bit (i was being a jerk) impatient but they were super professional and I cant say enough good things about them!!! Word up Chaparral is cool!!

I called another company in the morning w/o much success. I then call Chaparral. I spoke with Mary Lou, who told me someone would be out on the same day. And they were! Great service techs. Polite. Professional . Highly recommend this crew.Service: A/C system repair

Called chaparral and Mary lou answered told her our heater wasn’t working well. Minutes later… Pepe was at our door. First class service! I was educated on how to take care of the issue, to prevent it from happening again. (luckily it was an easy fix) now my heater is working well, and my babies are warm!
