Greg was very responsive to my sister's need for help. She has a six month old granddaughter living with her and the heater wasn't properly working the last few weeks -- especially during NM's first really cold days. I called Greg and he stopped by to check out the heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem - dirty filter. He didn't charge my sister and told her how to fix it. I sent him a thank you gift for his quickness and generosity. I highly recommend Rio Grande Heating and Cooling.

Greg came to my rescue last minute after a cooling contractor that I scheduled two weeks in advance to do an evaporater cooler "start-up" did not show and didn't call me to tell me otherwise ! I had planned to have my mother's cooler be started the day before I was going out of town for a week and the days were getting upto 95 degrees. She has dementia and so I have to be present at her house in case I hire someone for some work. I called everyone in town, during peak season of course, and everyone was booked for a week. Greg, on such short notice on that Friday, had one of his guys service the cooler that Friday evening after 6 p.m. Thanks Greg ! I would give him 6 starts...read full review

Competitive quotes and explanation of what was wrong with the system and why it occurred. Also gives homeowners tips on maintaining their system to avoid future problems. Very clean and quick with their work. I have and will recommend Rio Grande Heating and Cooling to all of my family and friends.
