Hector was very knowledgeable and friendly when he came out today. Although it wasn’t the best news, he was straightforward and honest about what our system needed and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Hector from Plumbing, Heating and Air came out Friday, 6/19/26 Took a photo of steel metal that had broken off Swamp Cooler in the amount of $610.95, approved amount, gave him $305.47. I was notified he was returning on Monday,6/22/26. Hector was informative, professional,knowledge. He completed follow work on Monday. He gave me information on prices for Swamp Coolers.
