Kevin was amazing. Gave us a good estimate quote and stuck to it. Of course, time will tell if the replacement was good - but the customer service (from both Kevin and all the people who we spoke with on the phone), the timeliness, and the willingness to explain and answer all our concerns was a nice change from those who roll their eyes and act like they're a god among the mortals. Took a little longer than expected, but appreciate the thorough work.

He took the time to clearly explain our options, walked us through the installation, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly.
