Main Street Muscle and Fitness Center

I'm from out of town, a transplant from TX, but I like this local gym, has an old school gym vibe to it, and the location is convenient for me. The staff has been nice and polite to me, my interactions with them are usually brief but Nothing negative to say about this place, plan to keep coming here for a while.

So far I'm loving it. I'm just getting started but Abigail did a thorough job assessing my condition and is building a custom workout plan for me to meet my goals. I'll post an update here in a month or so but so far it's been money well spent. Love this family owned gym. Neat, clean and great equipment. You can get a latte or smoothie after your workout. I always feel so comfortable working out at Main Street Muscle. Great personal trainers too.
