Dr. McKinney is wonderful. When my dog Gemini was having breathing problems, she immediately put my nerves at ease. She took the time to explain everything, spoke so gently, and made both me and Gemini feel safe and comfortable during a really scary moment. I also deeply appreciate the grieving room they provide at the clinic. After having to say goodbye to many beloved pets in cold, stressful veterinary exam rooms, it meant so much to see a peaceful, softly lit space designed for those moments. Absolutely lovely staff and a great, caring place all around!
My doggie Draco had gotten into a fight with my other dog and I took him in. They were lovely and helped my poor Draco. I had my hours cut at work and it helped that they did a payment plan for me. I really appreciate, I totally recommend here especially here in Los lunas.
Out of 30 years of having my pets this is the best clinic I over had, the best service the worker's are so friendly, Dr. Mckinney is so helpful she will always give me tricks to help with my dogs, now for a Dr. Mckinney to go of her way to do little things like, and the stuff don't care how long it takes you to leave they help you.
