I’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my appointment. The doctors are thorough and funny, and happy to answer my crazy questions. Good selection of affordable and also designer frames for a local office.
I would have given 4 stars if not for the young lady that went out of her way to help me the other day. I talked to a man on the phone who seemed like he did not know or care to know about my situation, I do not even know if he worked there or was at a call center?? I decided to just come in person. It only took a couple seconds of me summarizing my problem she was able to figure out what was going on and resolve the issue. I unfortunately did not get her name. The ladies at the counter were very pleasant. I will bring my daughters here.
I can't say enough about the great service I received at Orbit Eyecare &Optical. The staff was friendly and efficient and the eye exam was very thorough. I can hardly wait to get my new glasses! I highly recommend Orbit Eyecare.
