Marcus always responds quickly to appliance issues. In this instance, the washer was not working. The overflow was not being cleaned out properly. This was taken care of and the washer started working properly! Yay!

I live in Santa Fe and ended up having George's Appliance Repair come to my home to repair my washer-dryer combo because it was under warranty through GE, and he was their contracted repair person. Marco Rodriguez responded to my contact right away and we arranged an appointment. Since he was coming from Las Vegas, NM, he called me and let me know he would be at my home in 30 minutes. He was very efficient, diagnosed and fixed the problem and explained everything to me thoroughly, and how to avoid the same problem in the future. I was recommended to this shop by several independent persons. I am about 25 minutes outside of town, so it is sometimes difficult to get folks out in this rural area. He (Marco), came out to my place as requested. There was a minor mileage charge. He fixed my Samsung Dryer in under one hour. The charge and parts were as promised. He's busy, so you must keep this in mind If you contact the shop. High marks for professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, adherence to estimates, and experienced and competent service. I highly recommend if you are in the L.V., NM area.
