I work for a company that reached out to Quality Windows and Doors for Door Repair. I contacted them on 2/19 and was told a Project Manager would be reaching out to me to schedule an appointment and cost estimate. After email and calling numerous times, they have not returned my calls or emails to date (3/22). Manager Yvonne is very rude on the phone. I called the number listed on both her signature and website and was told it was a "personal number".

They replaced the rollers on our patio sliding door and they repaired the track. The track had become so bad that we could no longer open our sliding door.They ordered the parts necessary and returned within the week. They were quick, friendly, professional and skilled. Their prices were low and affordable. Quality of work excellent! Our door has worked perfectly ever since!
