I don't write many online reviews. I expect good customer service and I don't think it is noteworthy when I receive it. Unfortunately, even good customer service seems rare these days. My experience with Window World of Las Cruces has been so positive that is deserves attention. Every phase from our initial contact with Marco Saucedo through our installation was professional and pleasant. Other window companies would not even come out to our house and quoted us estimates exceeding $10,000 without looking at our house. Marco came out and spent the time to understand what we needed. Our experience with Marco in sales and David, Eric and Chris for installation were professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Window World. The only downside was having to wait 6 months from the time of order to installation.Services: Sliding glass door installation & replacement
