So I get there and ask how long of a wait they have, “not long” I ask again because what’s long to them? “Ten minutes” I sit down. I waited forty minutes, which it was a Saturday so that’s understandable but what’s upsetting is knowingly lying to retain a customer. I would’ve gladly put my name down and gone to walk around to return in thirty minutes if she had let me known. Then while she’s doing my nails she gets on FaceTime and her work slows down noticeably. All over unprofessional, and the nails are not worth it.

Costumer service was okay but not even a few days after leaving my nails are wiggling and I tried to clean dirt out from under my natural nail and it LITERALLY CRUMBLED I have no natural nail showing under my pinky at all now and am scared to even attempt to get dirt out of the rest

Typically really like this place but I went and asked if they had time for me and they told me they could get me in. I waited almost an hour and a half for them to even get me started and had to leave because the mall closed. Waisted my time.
