As a job, I find this place to be very peaceful to work at, just like at any job there are small challenges but the management here is great and the environment makes it easier and better. As someone who has worked here for the past 7 months I have noticed that they care about the clients and caregivers, instead of firing you for a small mistake they will give you warnings and they will work with you to fix any issue you need help with.
I stopped by Mountain Shadows today to ask about their caregiving jobs and had a really good experience. The person at the front desk was super helpful and actually took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know. I had a ton of questions, but they didn't rush me at all and made sure I was good to go before I left. Really nice people and a great first impression.
After having experienced other homecare agencies in the area, I really must say I had the best experience here. I certainly understand that caregivers, or hiring them can be tough. But at least I got a sense that they wanted to help me. I can't tell you about the nightmare about the other agencies That I had to deal with in this town , namely Addus or Ambercare, or whoever they are. These people are the nicest. Thanks guys
