After having experienced other homecare agencies in the area, I really must say I had the best experience here. I certainly understand that caregivers, or hiring them can be tough. But at least I got a sense that they wanted to help me. I can't tell you about the nightmare about the other agencies That I had to deal with in this town , namely Addus or Ambercare, or whoever they are. These people are the nicest. Thanks guys

Need better monitoring of home care staff. My mother-in-law's care giver always on her phone. she's been taking my mother in law to Mexico trips and they both say it's fine but we worry about liability. Apparently the care giver is not allowed to dust or sweep under furniture and I've seen her mop without sweeping then leaves the mop sitting without rinsing out. she's always calling off or switching hours. Mother in law says it's fine but don't they keep track of these things? And is she ok to drive mother in laws vehicle with permission and mother in law riding. I thought she was supposed to use her own insured car. And mother in law a diabetic and the lady is always bringing her pastries and burritos. My mother in law loves them and eats them but aren't they supposed to provide dietary support per her health conditions? I brought it up but she said to mind my own business.
