I was having difficulty breathing--like never before in my life. Saw my Pulmonologist on Thursday afternoon & by noon the next day, Chris from Apria delivered the Nebulizer. We live in a rural town, so Chris drove at least 75 miles to help me. I was worried that I would not get the breathing equipment I needed until Monday, 4 days later. If I did not get help on Friday, for sure I would have been admitted to the local hospital. Apria Healthcare came through for me & I will not forget that. I went by Apria Healthcare today and the service was excellent. I had issues with the mask that came with my machine and they where able to help me fix the problem. A quick change in mask style, size and update to my records, and I was done. They answered all my questions and were very friendly.
I recieved my Rollator walker and my shower chair today the technician Chris who set up my shower chair and Rollator walker was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable and very kind as well as the staff in the office answered all my questions Chris advised my that my platform cane hadnt come in as yet but when it does he will bring it by home thank you Chris and all the staff at Apria in Las Cruces NM i appreciate you all God Bless you all in taking care of the disabled needs of your customers......
