My wife and I recently moved to Las Cruces from Ohio. A major concern we had was finding a family physician that would replace our previous doctor of 25 years. We each have preexisting conditions so we meticulously searched for a new doctor to continue our treatment. We were so relieved and happy that we found Dr. Oushy. She is a fantastic doctor! She is very caring and takes whatever time you need to answer your questions and explain everything in a way that you can understand. She even followed up with us to review the results of our blood work on her day off from home. I only had to wait about 7 or 8 minutes before they were calling me back. The weight in the individual exam room was a little longer. But they had someone coming in just very quickly to start the initial. What measurements? I am very pleased to go there and call doctor oshi my doctor

I live in a rural area 1.5 hrs away but we are understaffed with providers, especially at the moment. Also I'm new to NM. I was having abdominal pain and looked for somewhere I could schedule online on Friday. This clinic popped up on top of results. It showed an availability for Monday. I entered all my medical info and personal info including sensitive numbers on the website. 20 min before my scheduled appt, I was wasting time at the park across the street after my long drive. I get a call from the office. They say they can't see me because they don't have my records. I tell them how far I drove and all my records are on my cell phone. They say sorry but they need to cancel. I tell them how severe my abdominal pain was and asked for direction where to go such as a walk in clinic as no providers were available where I live. They said maybe a provider at another memorial medical clinic could see me and gave me that phone number. The other practice didn't have availability. I looked on Google maps for a walk in clinic and got directions to and good care from Mountainside. If Memorial cared, they could have at least told me about the walk in clinic when I asked for one. But they didn't. I'm posting this under a different name because I don't even trust this clinic to abide by HIPAA. They might as well be selling clothing for all they seemed to care but rest assured I have grounds to file way worse complaints than this if they try to retaliate or any of my PHI is accessed or disclosed to anyone else. I will know it was you since I've never complained about anyone else before.
