Massage Envy

The massage was not noteworthy. The sound of doors opening and closing during the massage was unwelcome. Massage parlors are a mix of therapeutic and mercenary- this one leans heavily toward the latter. Once I was done - surprise - my therapist recommended I come back every three weeks. When I declined, the front desk insisted I take their price schedule. I won’t be back.

Had a massage yesterday and it was really great! Lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Very peaceful environment as well! And Patty was very great!I will say - there was a two week wait which I was fine with but my appointment was canceled on the day I was suppose to go in and rescheduled for two more weeks. So, I wasn’t especially thrilled with that, I thought maybe if it had to be cancelled that day I should have had a discount of some kind. But everyone was so nice and the massage was great so I’ll give it 5 stars regardless.

I only went in to buy a gift card for Mother’s Day for my wife. But, the customer service was amazing and the girl at the front desk was helpful and attentive to all my questions.With my gift card I go a free massage, the worker who helped me even gave me a tip that the free massage expired but the GC didn’t so she made sure to tell me to make sure I used the coupon first.
