Ceci is an extraordinary stylist! I always see Ceci for my haircuts at the salon there and I’m always so happy with my results. She takes her time to explain how to care for your hair properly and has no problem recommending products the store carries so you can have salon style results even at home. I had done some research and thought a particular eye concealer and brow pencil would be a good addition to my makeup collection. Unfortunately, they were not working out and so I returned them today.
