Called late in the day so I had an after hours service. Technician was great and finished promptly. Got our water turned back on fast.
He Fixed my water heater in very reasonable timing. It’s like he knew what the issue was before he even started to work on the water heater. Afterward, was very elaborate and thorough on what I needed to do moving forward to implement what I need to do to create prevention of this happening again moving forward.
Thank you so much for the repair. I got to take a hot bath for the first time in a week, and after taking cold showers and scrambling with trying to get the pilot light going, you really made my whole day.
