I use this clinic quite a bit and always get great care. The staff are friendly and professional...and they truly care. The VA in general has come quite far in the past 10-15 years IMHO, and it shows. There's really a sense of friendly environment...helpful culture at this clinic. We veterans are quite lucky to have this clinic. I make sure to always say thanks and try to let them know they are appreciated.

I use the VA a lot and have had nothing but very professional, high-quality care at the Las Cruces clinic. A smallish clinic but they do their best to serve veterans. Sure, it would be better to have a larger facility to be able to offer more specialized services. But that is not really a reflection of the dedication, competence, and professionalism of the clinic employees.

Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims.As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.
