My husband needed help as he forgot to pack his charger for his hearing aids. We were so grateful for the extraordinary help he received. The secretary had to find his records from Phoenix as he was not in the El Paso system. They found his records and the very busy audiologist worked him in and replaced his charger. He could charge his hearing aids in the car. We were on our way to The Woodlands Texas to stay with our grandchildren as our daughter and son in law we’re going to Missouri to move his mother to a senior living center near them. .. there was no way we could go back to Arizona to retrieve them and stay on schedule.
