Generally speaking, staff has been really nice and helpful here. Dr. Moya is wonderful. However, I’ve had a couple times where some of my paperwork or medical history seems to have been lost, resulting in me missing getting certain labs done. I think this occurred when I saw other doctors/residents.
I also had them call with my pre-surgical paperwork 2 weeks AFTER the surgery was scheduled. I cancelled the surgery, so it didn’t really matter. However, it does show further lack of organization.
I hope they get it together, as I do like the staff and the clinic overall.
I see a lot of bad reviews but I love this place! It's true that getting an appointment is difficult, but this is a non-profit clinic, they're always packed. Dr Moya is my primary care physician and I've never had a better Dr. She listens, answers my questions thoroughly, helps me maintain my health. I'm almost 65, I've been going here for more than 10 years. I also do my dental work here with Dr Casci. He's an excellent kind dentist. Bc this is a clinic they don't try to upsell you with services. If you've ever gone to a for-profit facility, you know what I'm talking about. I'm not on medicaid but they have a sliding scale for rates, which you won't get in a non-clinic....read full review
