Noah and Miguel came today to service our septic system. They had to replace the pump at the lift station and did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any of the questions I asked.Their work was clean, professional and reasonably priced. I would use them again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family.

Office staff was very friendly when I called to make an appointment for services. Arrived a day ahead of schedule. Customer service was great! He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Johnny’s Septic Tank Co.

Ultimately, we were satisfied with Johnny’s Septic Tank Co. we got off to a slow start, due primarily to a delay locating a recorded original permit, but once it was determined that the tank had to be replaced, all was in order. The work was completed in one day, and the certification should be in our hands in a couple days. I can only suggest a little more email status reports. But the installation crew was great, and Mr. Dan Suggs is a super nice and knowledgeable professional.
