We have had a wonderful experience at Dr Kenner’s office. Dr Kerner is knowledgeable and personable. Adelina, at reception, is a joy to interact with. She smiles and goes the extra mile for her patients. She straightened out a medication problem by making sure the information got to the right person in record time. This office is well run in my opinion.
I have used Dr. Kerner for about 2-3 yrs. I have always been treated respectfully and well. I had a flare up of a skin problem (after not needing treatment for 2 yrs.) and called the office. I explained the situation and I was seen only a few days later. My problem was instantly diagnosed and addressed. This doctor is marvelous and his staff are wonderful as well. If you are looking for treatment in either the El Paso or Las Cruces area, you won't be disappointed.
Dr. Kearner has been my dermatologist for 15 years. He is quite busy but takes the time to speak with you and is very courteous. While I have to book an appointment months in advance and wait in the waiting room (for no more than 30 minutes), the care I’ve received has been professional and educational. Today, I spoke with Kristina to schedule an appointment. She was very sweet, kind, and helpful! She took care of me this morning, and I was grateful for the help. Thank you!
