About Indigo Yoga
Indigo Yoga offers world-class yoga for all bodies, abilities, and experience levels. The studio features two yoga rooms, offering both hot and non-heated yoga classes. Indigo Yoga is the only studio in the area to feature FAR infrared heat therapy for Hot Yoga therapy, which accelerates healing, opening, detoxification, and boosts the immune system. Indigo Yoga is more than just a yoga studio; it's a welcoming and inclusive community. The studio is relaxing and always clean, with knowledgeable and inspiring instructors who provide profound and wonderful classes. All the teachers and staff are authentically kind and considerate. The community they have built feels like a second home. They welcomed me with both arms to which I am grateful, especially new to the area.

I did a drop-in vinyasa-flow at Indigo Yoga with Verona Gomez, and the studio and instructor were amazing! The sequencing, pacing, challenge, and non-judgemental enthusiasm of Verona were phenomenal, and the space and facilities and heat of the room also. Definitely recommend!
One of a kind studio with a vibe unlike any I’ve ever experienced. I’ve attended studios across the country and on a few other continents. The sense of community, coupled with the attention to high levels of fitness make Indigo rather unique.
