Employees did a good and thorough job in our home, cleaning our ducts and our air dryer vent. I was impressed they cleaned up after themselves well and didn’t leave us any remnant dust or grime to clean and deal with. However, it was a bit frustrating that when it came time to pay. They did not accept Discover or Amex, and charged (roughly) a $50 processing fee for a visa or Mastercard OR debit card. They happened to finish an hour earlier than expected and I had to drive across town to write them a check (my husband was the one home and he didn’t have any of their acceptable forms of payment… which I guess is just check or visa/Mastercard with huge fee?). Dale and his team arrived promptly at the appointment time. I called them after seeing a heavy coat of dirt on the inside of our hvac air return ducts in our house that we had recently moved into. They worked hard and explained everything they were doing. They patiently answered our questions. All of the vent covers were removed and washed. Air coming out of the ducts smells noticeably better with less dust being seen on counters and other surfaces. The ducts that I could easily observe were left looking almost like new.
