I asked Desert Air Quality to clean the air ducts and dryer vent in my 20-year-old 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. They arrived nearly ten minutes early but waited patiently for me to be ready. Responsive, on time and super professional. Much needed cleaning in my home after a very dusty season. Couldn’t believe what my family and I were breathing in. They cleaned my dryer vents too! Cut the drying time down significantly. They did accept credit card/zelle etc.
Employees did a good and thorough job in our home, cleaning our ducts and our air dryer vent. I was impressed they cleaned up after themselves well and didn’t leave us any remnant dust or grime to clean and deal with. However, it was a bit frustrating that when it came time to pay. They did not accept Discover or Amex, and charged (roughly) a $50 processing fee for a visa or Mastercard OR debit card. They happened to finish an hour earlier than expected and I had to drive across town to write them a check (my husband was the one home and he didn’t have any of their acceptable forms of payment… which I guess is just check or visa/Mastercard with huge fee?). I also had a difficult time getting ahold of the scheduler and the communication left some to be desired.
