Really excellent experience. The front desk is great. They reminded me to bring my inhaler, which is super professional and thorough. They did an excellent job with being respectful, hygenic, funny and with communicating. Idk if they are technically trauma informed or if they are just really attuned to patience needs but they made what historically was a negative experience for me fine. They gave me a blanket and they told me what was happening when it was happening. Oh and when she put the numbing shots in, it was uncomfortable but reasonable. And she explained why! I just moved to Las Cruces and needed a new dentist due to being in severe pain. I saw Dr Cunningham and she is truly the best. Every other dentist said I needed thousands and thousands of dental work done. Dr Cunningham gave me options. I am also very scared of the dentist and she made my experience relaxing and calming. She got me out of my severe pain and and walked me through everything she was doing during my visits. I still need some work done but I will never go anywhere besides her office. Thank you so much Dr Cunningham for making me whole again :)
