I needed someone to accompany me for a colonoscopy and Tender Care (Crossroads In-Home Care) helped me. I had called a couple other home health care companies in Las Cruces but they didn't provide that type of service (any time you're given anesthesia you must be accompanied by someone afterward). Fortunately, this company did. Naomi was prompt, professional and easy to work with. After my procedure, she took me back to my hotel. If I need someone in Las Cruces to assist me in 5 years when I go back for the next colonoscopy, I'll use this company again. Thanks y'all.

They hire mostly inexperienced caregivers who primarily speak Spanish only and they cannot communicate with the patients. They do not know how to take care of patients with Dementia.
