I highly recommend Sheila and Back to Health Chiropractic.I was in town for a visit over the holidays and was gifted a session with her. Little did I know this would be one of the best gifts I have ever received! I have had chiropractic care at other facilities over the years for care due to an old injury. After one session with Sheila, I have decreased pain and increased mobility in my arm and neck. I was shocked and amazed. Dr Shiela Williams is a truly gifted chiropractor. She has gifted hands and has helped me maintain a healthy posture and mobility for several years now. She is advanced certified in using the Activator which is an amazing adjustment tool that has been a God send for me since I don't like manual manipulation .
