Dr. Sheila is very thorough and incredibly skilled. Now that I'm older I can't be cracked and popped without causing damage to my joints. I'm so grateful there is a chiropractor in town who uses the Activator method! It's by far the safest form of chiropractic care. And in my opinion, it's the most effective, too.

I highly recommend Sheila and Back to Health Chiropractic.I was in town for a visit over the holidays and was gifted a session with her. Little did I know this would be one of the best gifts I have ever received! I have had chiropractic care at other facilities over the years for care due to an old injury. After one session with Sheila, I have decreased pain and increased mobility in my arm and neck. I was shocked and amazed.
