I had my first intake exam and overview with Anthony and he was very thorough and polite. He explained everything he was doing and told me the results. I am anxious to continue my physical therapy with Anthony at Back in Action.

Amazing PT place. Everyone warm and professional. Maggie is phenomenal. By far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. She is a lovely person and very good at what she does. I am deeply grateful for the Back and Action Team on Sonoma Ranch.

Kendra is awesome! Would not be doing as well if not for her! Have had 3 other PT's in the past and none of them can compare to her. Got me back to almost 100% pain-free. Can't praise her and her work ethic enough, and she is easy to talk to and listens! She's definitely a keeper!

My therapist, Braden, was a God send for me. I went to two chiropractors to fix my back and sciatica, who I believed help somewhat, but didn’t really fix the underlying issue.
I went from barely being able to walk 40-50 feet in excruciating pain, from having trouble turning over or moving in bed at night, from not being able to stand on the sideline when I coached my daughter’s basketball team to the most active and fittest I have been in around 10-11 years.
This place was an answered prayer for me and I’m so thankful for them and especially for Braden. He cured my sciatica and has given me tools, guidance and steps to help me live a pain free life.
But REMEMBER, it’s not an instant fix and don’t expect to be cured in a day or a session or two. Be patient, trust them and PUT IN THE WORK. If you do, I truly believe the physical therapists there can be your God send also and can get you to living a pain free life.

I highly recommend Back in Action for physical therapy. I came to them in mid-March after having a total knee replacement. Zach and Grace were awesome to work with. They first asked about my goals and what I wanted to accomplish with PT and at each session, they pushed me to go further. As a result, I am back to being better than before my surgery and they left me with a solid action plan I can continue at home. Thanks Zach and Grace…I will miss you guys!
