We had a very good experience with Ambercare Hospice when my father in law was a patient. The care they gave him meant a lot to our family during a very hard time.

The nurses were very kind and caring. He had a couple of different nurses and they were both great. They always made sure he was comfortable and treated him with respect.

The CNA was also wonderful. They were always patient and took their time when helping him, especially during bed showers. They showed a lot of care and compassion.

The social workers were very helpful too. They helped us with insurance and made the process feel much easier and less stressful.

It's Friday night pre-holiday. My nurse left here today worried about the condition of my wound. She (DiShean) called the primary care providers and convinced them that this wound was a real problem. She called us tonight to say a new prescription had been called and was now ready. I am just overwhelmed with gratitude.

They keep sending papers in Spanish, ( I only speak read English) they never return phone calls My caregiver is great just not the company. In smaller town different people were much better. Las Cruces not so good
