From the office standpoint in my opinion it's very poor and unprofessional however I have a great caregiver that goes above and beyond to care for me Monday through Friday the office can never find quality work for the weekend nor do they listen to my concerns regarding weekend work 😔 it's also a hit and miss when it comes to the level of care from the caregivers themselves

The reviews are a little harsh yes the front staff aren't always cordial and it's hard to get staff to return calls. I've worked for this company since 2004, when it was a small hometown company. Times have changed, it's easy to be DIFFICULT when you aren't doing their jobs maybe you need to learn tolerance and find the positive. I understand that times are tough but this Company seems to be having trouble holding on to staff...I no longer work a 55+ week and for almost a year I have had to manually do a check in...I have a single client my brother..at this point I'm not sure if it's the Insurance Co that has the contract or Addus who can't get the job DONE.
