Came out on the 4th of July about an hour after I called. No markup for the holiday! He was very upfront from the start, did a lot of maintenance that should have been done by others. Exposed wires, things not tightened properly, covered exposed wires with conduit. Took pictures and showed me issues with things on the roof. Upfront about how much it would cost before he did any work. Amazing, very proud of the work he does. Will be using him from now on!
