Our kitchen sink was blocked up, I called them and they were able to send two guys out to my house within an hour. Maybe 30 minutes later they had the drain running better than it had in years.

I went with a Google recommended company and they sent an inexperienced plumber who caused a major issue. When I called Precise they were ready to help out. I received amazing customer service. Luckily the other company fixed what they broke. I'm happy I now have Precise to call for all my future needs.
