***UPDATE: we are not HVAC guys, so it took a while for this to sink in: hey Larry you neglected to install a condensate pump. We discovered this when we went into the basement to discover a large amount of water all over the floor. We called our son who IS an HVAC guy, and he called you a bad name. Very professional, work was completed in one day. They were very careful with our wood floors and covered them where work was done. They cleaned yup mess after they finished. We were very pleased.

I love the work they have done to my home. They are very honest in pricing/product availability. I love they always are honest about electrical work needed or not needed. I also like that they note on all of there invoices “does not include electrical”. 5 star business!!!!
