Many have found their nails done exactly as requested, with attention to detail and a gentle touch. The salon is noted for its good color choices and the ability to provide quick services, allowing clients to be in and out in about an hour. The waiting area is nicely arranged with soft couches and a large TV, creating a comfortable atmosphere. While some customers mentioned a slight cigarette smell during their visit, this did not overshadow their positive experiences. Overall, Tip Top Nails has become a favorite for many, with several returning for consistent, high-quality service.
Don't waste your money, they do a horrible job and have really bad service if you don't like it or if you complain, basically get mad about every little thing so better off someplace else.
I witness an elderly man trying to pay for his pedicure and the owner was so rude. He couldn’t see clearly and was trying to pay. She ended up yelling at him to pay for the service. He tells her hold on I can’t see the charge. She says “I just told you!” He walks out upset. I believe everyone should be treated with respect especially those who have a disability. With that said I do not recommend this place to anyone. This was my first experience here and I am very disappointed with their customer service.
Charging the amount you do for a pedicure the lines on my French manicure were thick and the technician didn't even conversate with me I made a comment about liking what was on the tv so a lady went over and changed it I was told not to come here but thought I'd give them a try not going back
