My water heater went out on a Sunday Sunday and I had my nephews birthday party that day. I couldn’t believe it. Kim came on a Sunday and told me if I could help him carry stuff. The invoice didn’t have details so I called. The labor was $90, his assistant was $45 (the guy said he was training) and in town travel rate was $37.50. We were told out of town rate was $140 and this would be split among others, so we had seven people book. Sent email to residents. The travel charge should be $20 each but they reneged on what they told us. They told us the lowest they can go is $37.50. This company will nickle and dime you. They are not forth coming with their charges.
