Come here and you will suffer for hours to be seen. Not used to this because I used to live in Fort Defiance and I would have been seen hours ago. I got here at 9pm, it's nearly midnight and haven't been called. Not even busy. As someone who works in a hospital I can tell you this is not normal if that department is managed properly..
I wish I didn't have to give them a star I made 5 calls to find my brother in this hospital and they can't even find him when he called me saying that he's gonna go through surgery there. I'm surprised. Of how this hospital functions. The Indian hospital in Albuquerque. Sure runs better than this one here.
My 2 year old granddaughter fell and struck her face on a metal steering wheel on a playground, while staying with her parents at a nearby hotel. She was taken to this hospital by ambulance with HEAD TRAUMA. They were sat in the waiting room, while the lady at the front desk called to the back for a number for a white person…….WHAT????? My daughter sat there with her injured child and watched as person after person were called back to be seen, even though they came in after my granddaughter.
