Very pleasant, explained everything he was doing step by step with no BS. Did not try to oversell what was needing to be done to complete job. Had a previous bad experience with another company. Did not charge extra when he realized there was a misunderstanding and was I was looking for a repair and not an estimate and it put him after normal business hours. Awesome overall experience.
Rose Bros installed our mini split in 2019 and has always been dependable with competent and personable techs. Everything is documented from the first interaction so there is no error or misunderstanding. I highly recommend them.
Guy was a fantastic and friendly technician. Arrived on time and both performed and explained everything that was asked It’s been a long time since I’ve had a perfect experience with a company. Good job!
