It's a bit hidden on Butler, in an office park. Very fast and courteous service from the front desk staff to the nurses and providers. They take care of coughs, colds, uti's, lacerations, headaches, flu symptoms and any minor medical issues. Excellent service.

Drug test, TB questionnaire, physicalI can't fathom why this place has such a low and poor review rating. I'm giving it five stars. Here's why.....I got there a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I signed in and then filled out the three forms of paperwork. Every single lady there at the front desk, was very nice and had good customer service. I did not wait very long before I was told to go over to the drug test area. I had two people ahead of me and only waited a few minutes. The receptionist over there and the woman who handled my drug test were both very nice and professional. Reliance Medical Group has my complete confidence. Over the years I have visited this facility many times for minor injuries for me or for family members. I have always felt well cared for in a timely manner.
