Buyers agent who poses as a sellers agent. Will show his true colors once you figure it out. Also works with Javeline Construction, who will rip you off. Completely full of himself and doesn’t listen, but thinks he does. Try to count how many times he tells you he’s the top salesman in this year and that year… If you are a seller you’re at risk of getting ripped. If you’re a buyer this might be your guy. He’s a snake with a smile

Buyers Agent posing as a Seller’s Agent. That’s why he won’t do any paperwork upfront. Is really nice but will show his real colors once you figure it out. Does business with Javeline Construction, who will rip you off. Did nothing, then insulted me and my communication skills after letting him go. Nice guy at first, but is completely full of himself. Doesn’t listen and does not realize he doesn’t listen. If you want someone who thinks omission isn’t dishonesty and who is actually working for the buyer, try and sell with him. Good luck.

If you want to sell your home and want the BEST, you have to go with Sam Todd and his team! I listed my home with another realtor and it sat on the market for 3 months. I listed it with Sam Todd at Remax and he had it sold in 1 week!!! He and his team handled everything with efficiency and expertise!!! Kept in great communication with me and made everything so easy and stress free!!!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Sam!
Only complaint is that we couldn't have his expertise shopping for a house in a different state! 😉 He is so great, every realtor pales in comparison. Cannot recommend him high enough!!
