They were very fast replying to our call and they came right away. Edwin was very attentive and explained exactly what was the problem. It got fixed on the spot. Great service and attention!
Randall with R.A. Biel arrived on time, was very professional and yet friendly. He and his assistant opened our swamp cooler for the season, and did an amazing job on our water heater, which hadn’t been flushed out in a number of years. The sentiment at the bottom was unreal. They really did an outstanding job. We were very happy with the work they did. This is the second time R. A. Biel has been out to our house. Both great experiences. We are on their seasonal plan, and so far it has been worth it, both in value, and the service received.
We would absolutely recommend this company for work! They fixed our water heater and installed refrigerated air throughout our home. They were professional, kind, fast and efficient. 10/10
